I saw you on CNN on May 19th, 2014 when you took a big giant dump on ALL THINGS 9/11. You intentionally mischaracterize the 9/11 Truth Movement as some kind of very odd, strange cult. It is YOU, JAKE TAPPER WHO REMAINS THE ODD, STRANGE CULT! YOU ARE THE MINORITY! YOU ARE THE ODD MAN OUT!
How so? Why? According to the same pollsters CNN utilizes, a majority of Americans believe 9/11 was “an inside job.” The first one was conducted by Zogby in late August 2004 on 808 randomly selected residents of New York State. It found that 49 percent of New York City residents and 41 percent of New York state citizens believe individuals within the U.S. government “knew in advance that attacks were planned on or around September 11, 2001, and that they consciously failed to act.” The margin of error for this poll was 3.5 percent.
A Zogby Poll found that two-thirds (67 percent) of Americans say the 9/11 Commission should have investigated the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7.
A majority of Americans also believe the official story is hogwash:
Pollster W. David Kubiak concurs, saying “Despite years of relentless media promotion, whitewash and 9/11 Commission propaganda, the official 9/11 story still can’t even muster 50% popular support. Since this myth has been the administration’s primary source of political and war-making power, this level of distrust has revolutionary implications for everyone working for peace, justice and civil liberties. If we ever hope to reclaim this country, end aggression and restore international respect, we all must finally scrutinize that day when things started to go so terribly wrong. The media and movement leaders ignore this call at their peril, because tens of millions are clearly telling us here they are ready for 9/11 truth.”
Jake, instead of hating on 9/11 Truthers and 9/11 Truth’s call for a new, independent investigation of all things, persons and places 9/11, why don’t you SUPPORT a new, independent investigation of 9/11?
Or, if you’re unwilling to do that much, then at least provide balanced viewpoints regarding 9/11 by interviewing the following list of people:
